Michael Späth is Regional VP of the DACH Region at Aera Technology. In this role, Michael focuses on helping some of the world’s largest enterprises succeed in leveraging Decision Intelligence to drive the Future of Work transformation. He has more than 15 years of experience in digital, supply chain & operations, operational excellence, and manufacturing transformation. Prior to Aera, Michael led EY Germany’s blockchain practice and focused on business development, innovation and co-creation with clients. Before that Michael served a boutique SCM consulting firm (acquired by EY), where he focused on SC strategy, planning, continuous improvement and industry 4.0. Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from University of Madrid and another Bachelor’s Degree in International Business and Management from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) in the Netherlands.
