Helen has over 25 years of Supply Chain experience. She started her career in juice manufacturing for The Minute Maid Company and expanded her experience in the middle East, India and China in both manufacturing and logistics for The Coca-Cola Company. She later moved to Germany, leading manufacturing and later E2E Planning before moving back the USA in 2015 where she led the Coca-Cola Refreshments Supply Chain for the USA. Thereafter, she moved to Reckitt Benckiser leading the NA Supply operations where she was pivotal in leading the digital transformation in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Prior to joining Unilever, Helen was the SVP of Global Manufacturing for Estee Lauder Companies where she led the transformation for the Factory of the Future. Helen’s passion is working with people and her purpose is to “rise up by lifting others.” To that end, she has led and sponsored Women in Supply Chain programs for her companies. She is on the Advisory Board for Rutgers University and she has worked for and continues to mentor and sponsor students and employees throughout her career.
