Carlos has lived and breathed Procurement during all his career. He started his journey as a Procurement professional at Airbus, sourcing and managing large CapEx contracts for automated assembly lines. Before joining Aera, Carlos worked for Accenture, where he led the digital transformation of Procurement and Supply Chain for large organisations in Aerospace, Defence and Energy sectors. He is an Aerospace Engineer by training and earned his Master's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management at Cranfield University.
